For new and future clients please fill out as much information as possible in our form so we can make all necessary accommodations.

** All clients will be required to read and sign our business agreements based on their pets needs and services.

Grooming clients: Average service time is a continuous 1.5-2 hours per pet, when booking online you will need to find a spot with three available green spaces to secure a spot. Current Vaccination and parasite control are highly recommended and may be verified by continuing care with your veterinarian. Medical exceptions may be accommodated where a non-compliance release waiver will be completed.

** All first time grooming clients will be required to pay a $50 deposit upon booking.

Daycare clients: All future pack members MUST be up to date and fully vaccinated including DA2PP, Rabies and Bordatella.  Spayed/Neutered by 8 mos -1 yr (medical exceptions are possible) Complete a two hour socialization and behavioural temperament test prior to use of our facility.

Boarding clients: All lodging has their own raised bed, food and water bowls, and clean secure space.  You must provide food, any prescription medication and detailed instructions on care for your pets stay.  Blankets, toys or snacks are optional.  We must have an emergency contact of a non travel companion during your pets stay.  All daycare requirements must be met prior to becoming a lodging guest.
